Sexy Smooth Legs
Fill a bathtub with warm/hot water and soak your legs for 5 minutes. Shave one of your legs and once that is complete, take a handful of the homemade sugar scrub (see below) and scrub your just shaven leg, then rinse. This will help remove the dead skin on your leg. Now shave that same leg again and make sure you rinse the razor, A LOT! Then scrub your leg again and rinse. Repeat with the other leg. Once you are done dry your legs and lather with lotion. ***Side note*** Be very careful in the bath after you add the scrub. Since it is has oil in it, the tub becomes very slick. I almost fell a few times.
Sugar Scrub:
-2 1/2 Cups of plain old Sugar
-1 Cup of oil (I used Olive Oil but I'm sure you can use any you have).
-5 Tablespoons of a citrus juice. Preferably fresh squeezed. (I used one Lemon)

I approve of this pintrest post! It worked really well and my legs felt great, I couldn't stop rubbing them after :) Definitely something to keep in mind for the wedding and honeymoon ;)
Teeth Whitening
I have whitened my teeth before by using Crest White Strips but they are so expensive and they hurt my teeth. So I found a less expensive option on Pintrest. Use a little toothpaste, mix in one teaspoon baking soda plus one
teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide, half a teaspoon water. Thoroughly mix
then brush your teeth for two minutes. Remember to do it once a week
until you have reached the results you want. Once your teeth are good
and white, limit yourself to using the whitening treatment once every
month or two.
I'm not quite sure how this works lol. I have been trying it for about 5 weeks and haven't seen much a difference. I had pretty white teeth to start with and just wanted them a little whiter for the wedding. The picture on pintrest shows the mixture as a paste but mine turned out liquidy. Maybe that is my issue. Time will tell :)
Moisturizing and Growing Hair
I was trying to find a way to help my hair grow faster and be healthier. I used Organic Root Stimulator Coconut Oil. I found it in the ethnic hair area at the store. I have only done it twice since it is time consuming. Scoop out a handful of organic virgin coconut oil. The oil will begin to melt at the touch of your skin, there is no
need to heat the oil before application. It will melt as you massage it
into your hair. Flip your head upside down and slowly spread the oil through your hair.
Saturate your hair completely, focusing on areas that are dry. Once your hair is soaked with oil, twist your hair into a bun and clip it in place. You can choose to apply heat or not. Applying heat will open the cuticle
of each strand so the coconut oil can penetrate the core faster. Leave
the coconut oil on your hair for at least 30 minutes without heat, or 15
minutes with heat. You can use a hair dryer to apply heat over. Once your time is up wash and condition your hair as you normally would.
You may need to wash your hair two or three times to rinse away all of the oil. I
really focus on my roots and try to shampoo my ends as little as needed.

Since I have only done this twice I have seen little results but I haven't done it religiously like the lady who wrote the article. I will defiantly have to use it more so I can have pretty hair for the wedding!
So here it is, my first post! Hopefully more to come!
I use coconut oil on my hair too! And I rub it all over when I get out of the shower, so my skin is silky smooth now! Seriously, I can't believe I've never used this stuff before! I let it sit in my hair overnight once a week, and it seems to make my hair softer and slightly less frizzy. I definitely hope it helps my hair grow longer for the wedding!
